We individually inspect all of our pins and charms and sort them into A and B grades. This is done from 6 inches away and checked for dust, uneven or rough metal borders, poorly filled enamel, misprints, and any other obvious defects.

A grade items are those with little to no imperfections.

B grade items are those with minor blemishes, which we offer at a discounted rate. The flaws may include uneven enamel filling, dust from the manufacturing process, or any other small imperfections.

Goods ship from within the United States. Tote bags, tees, pins, and other small items cost a flat $3.50 for US shipping and $5.00 for hoodies and other large items.

International shipping costs are variable and depend on destination country.

We accept full refunds on any damaged goods. Contact us with your order number and we will do our best to make things right!

We do our best to make sure everything we send out is in good condition and securely packaged. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in any way, let us know and we will either replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
