Commission Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions apply to any commissioned artwork after May 1, 2023. The commissioned artist is KKFVJK.

I. Timeline and Scope of Work

    1. The artist will submit a sketch before proceeding with the final commissioned piece.

    2. After the client and artist agree on the commission subject and details, a sketch will be presented within one week..

    3. Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.

      The final commissioned piece will be completed within two weeks of last revision.

II. Payment

    1. 25% of the total fee is required as a down payment before sketching.

    2. Remaining 75% of the total fee is required before the full-size final file is transferred.

III. Revisions

    1. Three rounds of revisions to the sketch or in-process piece will be allowed.

    2. Revisions after the final file is transferred will not be allowed.

IV. Copyright and Reproduction

    1. The artist reserves the right to:

      • Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles and pages, commission sheets, etc.

      • Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.

      • Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.

    2. The commissioner and other parties may not:

      • Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles and pages, commission sheets, etc.

      • Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. without an agreement or contract

      • Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.

      • Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.

      • Post the commissioned piece online without credit to the artist (either via artist site or profile).

      • Use or sell the commissioned piece as an NFT.

The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. The artist retains all rights to the artwork.
